Carolina Logrono

Clinical Research Assistant in Stamford and Westport, CT

She is a Clinical Research Assistant at the New England Institute for Clinical Research. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences and a minor in Molecular and Cell Biology. During her time at UConn, she led CRISPR-based projects investigating how zinc influences gene expression and mineral homeostasis, using HepG2 cell models and mouse studies. Her research interests include molecular biology, nutrigenomics, and clinical research. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and certified in Basic Life Support and as a Nursing Assistant.
