Francesca Fidaleo, PA-C, brings a strong foundation in both neurology and primary care, along with a long-standing connection to the New England Institute for Neurology and Headache. Her journey with the practice began as a research intern in 2020, where she supported clinical trials focused on innovative migraine therapies. She returned in 2023 to further deepen her clinical exposure and later completed a clinical rotation with the team in 2025. This continuity has shaped her clinical perspective and reflects her commitment to both the field of neurology and the patients she serves.
Francesca earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Pittsburgh and holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Scranton. Her clinical background includes experience as an ophthalmic technician as well as a phlebotomist, where she developed strong diagnostic skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
With training in both neurology and primary care, Francesca is passionate about treating the whole person, not just isolated symptoms. She values the connection between neurological health and overall well-being, and works to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. Her approach aligns with the practice’s commitment to comprehensive, compassionate, and holistic care.
